Are your products compatible with my pixel LEDs and controllers?+

Our pixel LEDs use the common WS2811, WS2812 and 1903 driver ICs, so they work with standard pixel controllers. These include app-based SP-series boards (SP621E, SP630E, SP107E) and computer-programmed controllers such as the T1000S, T8000, W1000-PRO, W8000-PRO, PRO 40-Port and Jinx 20-Port. Each product page lists its exact IC and controller support, and you can message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

Can I control the lights from my phone?+

Yes. Our Bluetooth and Wi-Fi controllers — such as the SP621E, SP630E and SP511E — are operated from a free mobile app, letting you change colours, effects and speed directly from your phone. For fully custom effects, controllers like the T1000S and T8000 are programmed on a computer using LED Edit.

What size power supply (SMPS) do I need?+

It depends on your total number of pixels and the effects you run. As a quick guide, pixel LEDs draw roughly 0.3W per pixel at full brightness, so add up your pixels and choose a 5V SMPS with around 20% extra headroom. Every product page lists a recommended supply — or send us your pixel count on WhatsApp and we will size it for you.

How many pixels can one controller run?+

Capacity depends on the controller. The W1000-PRO drives up to around 2,048 pixels, while larger controllers such as the W8000-PRO and T8000 support up to 8,000 LEDs each. On long runs the data signal can weaken, so for large installations we recommend parallel data lines and a signal amplifier. Tell us your project size and we will recommend the right setup.

No — the course is not a live class. It is a complete library of high-quality 4K recorded video lessons that you can watch anytime at your own pace, with full access for one year. If you need help while learning, our support is available on WhatsApp.
