At Koshi Electronics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return window You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason, including change of mind.

Condition of items: To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, cables, and free items included. Products that have been installed, soldered, wired, or physically modified cannot be returned (except where they arrived defective or damaged — see below).

How to start a return Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93107 85954 or email store@koshielectronics.in with your order number and reason for return. We will share return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

• For change-of-mind / non-defective returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
• For defective, damaged, or wrong items, Koshi Electronics covers return shipping and arranges a free replacement or full refund.

Damaged or defective on arrival If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (or UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days. There is no restocking fee.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene, licensing, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless defective): digital products and ready-made SD-card programs (.out,.led files), software, and custom-made or customized items.

Warranty & repair (Koshi products only) Warranty and repair service are available only for Koshi (Indian-made) products. Eligible Koshi controllers carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, handled as repair or replacement and separate from the 10-day return window. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, reverse SMPS polarity, or connecting 220V directly to LEDs. Accidental or customer-caused damage to Koshi products is not covered free and can be repaired at a service charge (paid repair). Non-Koshi / third-party products (including imported controllers, LEDs, strips, and digital files) do not carry warranty or repair service.
