Older controllers held a program for only one layout per card โ to run a different display size, you had to rebuild the whole card. The W8000 PRO removes that limitation.

How It Works
- Connect a 5V power supply to the controller.
- Wire your pixel strips across the 8 output ports.
- Connect your phone to the controller's WiFi network.
- Open the control panel in your browser and set your matrix size and port layout. If the card holds several matrix folders, choose the one you need here.
- Upload animations to the SD card or send live text over WiFi.
Power Supply (SMPS) โ How Many You Need
Big pixel displays need heavy-duty 5V 80A (400W) SMPS. As a rule of thumb, use about one 5V 80A SMPS per ~1,000 LEDs, connected at the power-injection points so brightness stays full across the entire display.

Can one SD card hold programs for different matrix sizes?
Yes. Create a folder for each size named Height ร Width + S/Z (for example 50X40S), put that size's .out files inside, and select the folder from the phone control page. No need to remove the card or change files.

Yes. The program for your selected size is included. Add more sizes with the size builder on this page โ โน200 per size, for listed or custom sizes, up to 10.
How many pixels per port?
Up to about 1024 pixels per port, for 8192 total. Distribute as your layout needs.
How much power supply do I need?
Use about one 5V 80A (400W) SMPS per ~1,000 LEDs โ for example 2 for ~2,000 LEDs, 4 for ~4,000, and up to 8 for a full ~8,000-LED display. See the Power Supply guide above.
