The Koshi Electronics W1000 PRO is a smart 2-port Wi-Fi pixel LED controller and a direct upgrade to the older T1000S. It drives up to 2,048 pixels with zero-lag live multi-language scrolling text and SD-card animations made with the free Jinix (Jinx!) software (.out files) โ controlled fully from your phone or laptop browser. Older controllers held a program for only one layout per card โ to run a different display size, you had to rebuild the whole card. The W1000 PRO removes that limitation.
.out files inside it. Then select the folder you need from the phone control page and it plays instantly โ no removing the card, swapping files or reprogramming.

- Connect a 5V power supply and wire your pixel strips to the output port(s).
- Power on and connect your phone to the WiFi network W1000_PRO_XXXX (password 12341234).
- Open http://10.10.10.10 in your browser (it usually opens automatically).
- Select your matrix folder, IC type and connection type (S/Z). If the card holds several matrix folders, choose the one you need here.
- Type your text and press Send, or play your Jinix
.outanimations from the SD card.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which software makes animations for the W1000 PRO?
The free, open-source Jinix (Jinx!) software. Design your animation on a PC, export it as a .out file, and copy it to the SD card. Full video tutorial above. The W1000 PRO does not use LedEdit โ LedEdit .led files (made for the old T1000S) will not play on it.
Can one SD card hold programs for different matrix sizes?
Yes โ this is a key feature of this controller. Create a folder for each size named Height ร Width + S/Z (for example 10X60S), put that size's .out files inside, and select the folder from the phone control page. No need to remove the card or change files.
Can I order programs for extra sizes?
Yes. The program for your selected size is included. Add more sizes with the size builder on this page โ โน200 per size, for listed or custom sizes, up to 10. All are loaded on the same SD card.
How many pixels does it support?

How is it different from the T1000S?
The W1000 PRO adds WiFi phone control, live scrolling text, multi-language, built-in effects and multiple matrix folders on one SD card. It also uses a different animation format: the W1000 PRO plays Jinix .out files, while the old T1000S used LedEdit .led files.

Short the 0 pin to GND for 8 seconds; the password resets to 12341234.
