User Manual — Basic Setup
- Mount or bend the neon strip into position along your surface, letters or frame.
- High Brightness: connect Controller DATA → strip DATA-IN and Controller GND → strip GND, then power from a 12V SMPS. Medium Brightness: connect the included controller and switch on.
- On your controller, set the IC type to WS2811 and enter the correct segment/pixel count.
- Load your effect or animation and power on.

How is this different from ordinary neon flex?
Ordinary neon flex is a single fixed colour. The Pixel LED Neon is addressable RGB — every segment is individually controllable, giving you chasing effects, gradients and full-colour animations.
Which version should I choose?
Choose Medium Brightness · 5V · With Controller for a ready-to-use, plug-and-play setup. Choose High Brightness · 12V · Strip Only for maximum brightness if you already have, or plan to buy, a WS2811 controller.
Can it be cut to size?
The Medium Brightness version is a fixed length with no cutting marks. For custom lengths, message us on WhatsApp.
Which controllers work with the High Brightness version?
Any WS2811 12V controller — for example the T1000S, W1000-PRO or T8000.
Can I use it outdoors?
The neon strip is waterproof, but the controller and SMPS must be kept dry and protected from rain.
What power supply do I need?
