How do I switch between RGB and warm white?
The controller has a 3-position toggle switch. With no switch ON the bulbs glow steady warm white. SW1 ON runs 30 RGB colour effects. SW2 ON runs 12 warm white running effects. Only one mode runs at a time.
Is it a real warm white?
Warm white is created by colour-tuning the RGB chips in the controller to an exact warm white tone, so every bulb gives the same warm glow.
Can I change the speed or brightness?
No. Speed and brightness are pre-set for the best look.
What comes in each size?
Every 10 bulbs come as one 10 ft set with its own 12V SMPS. The full order comes with one controller, which runs up to 100 bulbs. For example, 50 Bulbs = 5 sets + 5 SMPS + 1 controller.
Can I run sets separately?
Yes. Order separate 10-bulb sets – each comes with its own controller. Separate controllers started together stay in step for about 3 hours; if they drift, switch them off and on again.
Can I add more bulbs later?
Yes. Each set has a female connector at the end, so you can plug in more sets – up to 100 bulbs on one controller.
Can I use it outdoors in rain?
The bulbs, connectors and wiring are rain-ready. Keep the SMPS and controller covered and away from water.
Is it good for rental or event decoration?
We do not recommend it for rental work. Opening and refitting it again and again can damage the wires inside. It is best for permanent installation.
Is there a warranty?
No warranty, as this is an imported product. Every set is tested before dispatch, and replacement bulbs are available from us anytime. Each bulb is on a connector, so it is easy to replace.
How fast is dispatch?
It is ready stock. Orders are dispatched in 2–3 days after testing.
