Do I need any technical knowledge to install this kit?
No. The kit is plug and play - hang the Thoran, connect the controller and SMPS as shown in the included guide, and switch on. Free WhatsApp video support is available if you need help.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD orders are confirmed with a 50% advance payment via UPI, and the balance is paid on delivery. Fully prepaid orders get the fastest dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Most locations receive delivery in 3-7 days. Remote areas may take 9-10 days.
What if a part arrives damaged?
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace the affected part free of charge.
Is there a warranty?
The Koshi-made controller carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical or water damage, reverse SMPS polarity, or connecting 220V directly to the LEDs.
