Your LED matrix is always exact β you receive every pixel and every line you ordered, and the width is exact too.
The height is approximate. Every Thoran is assembled by hand: glue behind each LED and the binding make the string contract slightly, and the topmost LED's wire is used for the power connection. For example, a Thoran listed as 4 feet in height usually measures around 3.5β4 feet in practice. The same applies to every size we list.
This is normal for a handmade product and is not a defect. If you need an exact height, please tell us before ordering and we will try to build it with extra LEDs to match.

Is this kit suitable for full outdoor use during the festive season?
Yes. The LEDs are waterproof, the SMPS is rainproof, and the controller is housed in the included IP65 rainproof box, making the setup ready for outdoor installation.
Can I display custom text?
Yes. The W1000 Lite supports multi-language scrolling text controlled from your smartphone.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD orders are confirmed with a 50% advance payment via UPI, and the balance is paid on delivery. Fully prepaid orders get the fastest dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Most locations receive delivery in 3-7 days. Remote areas may take 9-10 days.
What if a part arrives damaged?
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace the affected part free of charge.
Is there a warranty?
The Koshi-made controller carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical or water damage, reverse SMPS polarity, or connecting 220V directly to the LEDs.
