The Koshi Electronics Pixel LED Belt Controller (Patta Lighting) drives addressable pixel LED belts — WS2811 / WS2812 / UCS1903 — with 19+ dynamic effects and wireless auto-sync. Multiple boards play the same pattern at the same moment, with no sync wire between them. This is a controller-only board: connect a 5V DC supply and your pixel belt on one side, and 220V AC (used only for auto-sync) on the other. Sabhi belts ek saath, ek jaisa pattern — poori raat.
Key Features
- Wireless Auto-Sync — multiple belt controllers play one synchronised pattern; no sync or data cable between boards. Auto re-sync within seconds after a power cut.
- 19+ Dynamic Effects — Meteor, Zebra, Rainbow, Dots, Wipe, Dual-Layer and many more.
- Multi-Color & Rainbow Modes — multi-color, rainbow, color-changing and single-color options.
- Directional Movement — Left / Right / Left-Right (ping-pong) scrolling.
- Smooth Complete-Loop Effects — every effect runs full cycles; no half-cut transitions.
- Wide IC Support — works with WS2811 / WS2812 / UCS1903 pixel LEDs.
- Choose Your LED Count — available in 50, 100, 150 and 200 LED versions.
- Controller Only — needs a separate 5V DC supply (SMPS not included); the 220V AC input is used only for auto-sync.
- Made in India by Koshi Electronics.
Connections
- One side — + / - / Data: connect your pixel LED belt here. Feed 5V DC to + / - (this powers the controller and the belt); the Data pin carries the pixel signal.
- Other side — 220V AC input: used for Auto-Sync only. Connect the same AC line to every board so all belts lock to one pattern — no sync wire needed between boards.
Best For
- Multi-floor building outline / belt (patta) lighting
- Diwali, Chhath, wedding and festival house decoration
- Shops and showrooms with belts in multiple sections
- Pandals and venues with long belt runs

How to Use
Step 1: Connect your pixel LED belt to the + / - / Data terminals. Feed 5V DC to + / -.
Step 2: Connect 220V AC to the sync input — use the same AC line on every board.
Step 3: Power on all boards. Within seconds every belt locks to the same pattern wirelessly — no cable between boards.
SAFETY: 220V AC is dangerous and is present on the board. Complete all wiring before switching on, never touch terminals while powered, and give correct 5V DC polarity (reverse polarity can damage the board). Use a rainproof box outdoors. Installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a power supply included?
No. This is a controller-only board. You need a separate 5V DC supply for the controller and the pixel belt. The 220V AC input is used only for auto-sync.
Why does it need 220V AC if it runs on 5V DC?
The 220V AC line is the sync reference — it lets every board lock to the same pattern without any sync wire between them. The 5V DC powers the controller and the LEDs.
Which pixel LEDs are supported?
WS2811, WS2812 and UCS1903 addressable pixel LED belts (patta).
How many belts can sync together?
Multiple boards on the same 220V AC line play as one synchronised display — no sync wire needed.
What happens after a power cut?
Boards automatically re-sync within seconds of power returning.
