    What is the difference between single colour and full colour?
    A single-colour display shows text in one colour (Red) and is more affordable — perfect for shop names, offers and notices. A full-colour RGB panel shows multi-colour graphics.
    Does it include mounting screws?
    No. The panel and power cable are included — mounting brackets and screws are bought separately to suit your wall or frame.
    Which app should I use?
    Use the LED Art app (Android) for wireless content updates, and HD2018 PC software for advanced programming. Both are available on the Koshi Electronics Software page.
    Can the text be changed in real time?
    Yes. You can send new text any time from the LED Art app and the display updates instantly.
    Is it suitable for outdoor use?
    Yes — the display uses high-brightness LEDs that stay clearly visible even in daylight. For outdoor installation, fit a shade or cover over the panel so rainwater cannot get in and damage the metal body. With a proper shade the display runs safely outdoors for a long time.
    How many size options are available?
    Six sizes — from 6×24 inch (smallest) up to 12×48 inch (largest). Choose based on your space and budget.
