Does it have WiFi or app control?
No. This is a manual controller — all effects, speed and brightness are set from the onboard buttons. There is no WiFi or app.

Why 12V over 5V?
12V supports longer strips and larger installations with less voltage drop.

Can I use it outdoors?
Keep the controller in a rainproof box — the controller is not waterproof. Use IP65-rated or higher LEDs outdoors.
